Am I mental thinking this - wouldn't it be great to have a physical media-based games console with a focus on really *nailing* 2D processing. Retro games - sure - but a focus on supporting and encouraging brand new content from allcomers would be rad. Showing my age, I think.

Needed a very specific (and tiny) component for an electronics repair. Could not find it for sale anywhere. Except on Temu. I spent 98 cents on the exact component - bundled in packs of four. Delivered - $1.32 all-in. Would rather shop local but nobody sells microelectronics.

Went through a ton of options, even bought a few, but I'm still struggling to find a mouse I like more than my Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum from 2016. I just replaced the micro switches with some black shell red dots and it feels better than new.

The fact the replies are 50% helpful, and the rest saying 'skill issue' with no desire to help I feel is the main reason Linux hasn't seen a mass uptake. If you see someone on their Linux journey, remember we all started somewhere. Be a reason folks are glad they switched.

It is said the Norse God of War dreads nothing, bar a very short list: - His dreams in which he is dying - Telling people about said-dreams - Taking responsibility for telling people of said-dreams - People running around and around. These are known as 'Tyr's Four Fears'.

I've done nothing to my PS3 I bought on Launch Day besides upgrade it to a 1TB SSHD, luckily has never failed once and I still fire it up regularly. It's been with me when I lived in the UK, Germany, and the USA. I still have the box with the £425 sticker on it - I got it from

I realise I'm probably in a minority, but these games are precisely the ones I have zero interest in. The migration for my primary rig is almost complete - just waiting for my new primary M.2 drive so there's no cross-contamination(!)

Can I nerd out and say that having replaced the microswitches in my Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum with some Huano Black Shell Red Dots, along with some uprated Skates which feel like nothing at all (stupid sexy Flanders) - this 10 year old mouse feels better than new.

Holy moly. Was using street view and was looking at the old Odeon cinema in Bournemouth. If you're too cheerful and need to be depressed, go through the historic pictures from the earliest to today and watch neglect in real-time.
