Great advice and things to think about in this @juliesbicycle toolkit for running accessible live events. Also corrective to the 'we're SO green, you can only get a bus here and all the toilets are hay bales in a pool of mud' school which is super ableist.

Why does a government minister lie about something like this? Isn’t this why so many distrust politicians & partic why Conservatives are losing support

Caught part of the Arts Council of Northern Ireland excellent 10 year plan event at The MAC and fear entering dark ages. Great speakers but no Minister or representative. As Jimmy Fay pointed out, udget for arts has halved. Fight is on.

Am I the only one left flummoxed & furious at the launch of Arts Council of Northern Ireland 10 years Strategy at The MAC to a theatre filled with brilliant artists who light up all of our lives, to find the Minister Gordon Lyons MLA couldn't even be bothered to attend?
