My first sighting… Watched as an older man tried to step over it, couldn’t quite manage it & slipped on it. And that was on the way in to the pub ! Useless for wheelchair users as impossibly steep gradient owing to height of step. A trip hazard for everyone else. NOT ACCESS.

I am 28 today. I’ve been under palliative and hospice care since I was 10; I was never expected to see adulthood. Now I’m happy, doing patient advocacy, and engaged to an amazing man. I’m still very unwell and could die any day… but damn, I’ve lived, and am living, a good life.

I just flagged down a bus, it stopped, let all the non-disabled people on, and then shut its doors and drove off. Now waiting in the rain for the next one. I even pressed the wheelchair button on the side of the bus (which rings an alarm) to make it clear I wanted to board…

BBC Watchdog please can you investigate Evri! It seems a number of customers are experiencing the same problem where they are just keeping parcels for weeks on end with no attempt or intention of delivery and no way of contacting anyone😒
