I’ve covered 3 All Blacks vs Springboks Tests as a journalist. Last year’s record ABs loss at Twickenham, the World Cup Final & tonight’s clash at Ellis Park. If the ABs lose next weekend in Cape Town, yes, I am the problem. #RSAvNZL #AllBlacks #Springboks

Really enjoyed this chance to chat about the All Blacks before their clash with the Springboks this evening. An all-time classic between two great rivals.

Harry Wilson has a 100% winning record as the Wallabies’ starting captain. Not bad considering he wasn’t even in the 23 during the Wales Tests in July. #Wallabies #TRC2024

The Springboks won’t announce their team to play the All Blacks until Thursday… very unusual for them. It’s only Monday and the drama has already kicked off ahead of this weekend’s Freedom Cup decider in CT. #TRC2024 #Springboks #AllBlacks #RSAvNZL

SR Rugby has formally apologised to NZR over the interference of the Haka at Emirates Airline Park. ‘I apologised in person and have written to the NZRFU to formally express our regret,’ the CEO said. Bit of human error. See what happened below ⬇️ #TRC2024 #Springboks #rugby

Aussie rugby should leave Super Rugby and go at it alone. If there was a domestic competition with teams like Brothers, Wests, Randwick and Easts, that would be an absolute home run for RA imo. #TRC2024 #Wallabies #RugbyAustralia

DHL Stadium in Cape Town. On Sat, either the Springboks will win The Freedom Cup for the first time since ‘09 or the All Blacks’ Cup-winning streak will continue. A breathtaking venue. Was lucky to come here for the SVNS Series in Dec. Great to be back. #TRC2024 #RSAvNZL

For the first time since 2009, the Springboks hold The Freedom Cup. Deserved their win over the All Blacks tonight here in Cape Town. The visitors had their chances, but the Boks showed their class once again. #TRC2024 #RSAvNZL #Springboks #AllBlacks

If you’re an All Blacks fan, I’m sorry. If you’re a Springboks fan, you’re welcome. The streak continues after a 4th Test here in Cape Town - seriously, this has to be unprecedented?! #TRC2024 #RSAvNZL

One of the most incredible rugby atmospheres I’ve ever been fortunate enough to experience. Thank you, Cape Town. #TRC2024 #RSAvNZL

When I was growing up, yes the All Blacks had the likes of McCaw, Carter & Nonu but their bench was the secret to their success. Now, the ABs’ bench isn’t a strength, it’s become a problem. 4 Tests in ‘24 where they haven’t scored in the last 20 mins. #TRC2024 #AllBlacks

Just three hours after landing on the same flight as the All Blacks from Joburg to Sydney, I spot someone walking around the inner west in an ABs training top. Even in Australia, no escaping the ABs - not that I want to. Still buzzing from 2 incredible weeks in 🇿🇦 #TRC2024

Wellington Lions just scored what might be the NPC try of the season. Halfback Nui Muriwai finishing off a sensational coast-to-coast effort. Bit of a thriller down south in Dunedin. #NPC #NPC2024 #OTAvWEL #rugby

instagram.com/reel/C_w3MNDO0… Another milestone for Cam Roigard. Would anyone object to seeing him in the All Blacks’ end-of-year squad? #BunningsNPC #AllBlacks

Tom Maiava with a moment to forget. The Samoa 7s rep was cleanly through for a try but, for some reason, he ended up touching the sideline when diving in for the score. There was no one around him. Maiava couldn’t believe it and I don’t know if I do either. #BunningsNPC

Finn Morton (@finnmorton5) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Seriously, how did Hudson Creighton score that?! Insane he scored that and Tom Maiava bombed a certain score for Wellington earlier in the half. Cam Millar slots a sideline conversation to give Otago a 28-27 lead. Less than 8 to play. #BunningsNPC #OTAvWEL

Finn Morton (@finnmorton5) 's Twitter Profile Photo

An outstanding game between Otago & Wellington. Just goes to show how good this competition is for NZ rugby, and it also highlights what Aussie rugby is missing. Brumbies’ Hudson Creighton had a blinder for Otago. Tane Edmed has played well for Harbour. #BunningsNPC #rugby
