A couple of people have been asking the fate of the Royal Daffodil that was around n the 1960s. She was launched in 1957, had 3 decks

She had a great career on the Mersey but was sold yo Greek owners who converted her into a car ferry and then a container ship

Here she is as the container ship. In 2008 she hit a storm and sank with the loss of all hands. A very sad end to what was a superb vessel
