Before our meeting, on Sep 4-5, the bi-annual "Lectures on the Economics of Organizations and Human Resources", (LEOH) will be given by Namrata Kala (MIT Sloan School of Management).

This paper by Matthias Fahn and Takeshi Murooka considers Relational Contracts in a setting with labor market frictions. Their model generates some interesting insights on the consequences of higher labor supply or the role of minimum wages to combat discrimination.
