Wonderful The Pathfoot Press printing workshop this afternoon, with the knowledgeable @ScotsAntiquary and his interns. We even got to use the beautiful Columbian press, and this is the result! #RSVP2024

The amazing finding of the day is that Harvard's Houghton Library holds no fewer than three collections of Punch's Pocket Book, plus many isolated volumes!

Another delightful discovery here at Houghton Library: one of the Punch's pocket books came with a volume containing original sketches by Leech, including a drawing of the 1853 opening page. Spot the differences!
