Math in many different ways…Teacher lead, small groups, partner math or working by yourself!

There are so many ways to read a book. Our 4th graders love using their devices to read and are able to have the interaction when answering questions throughout their reading and seeing different answers from their peers.

🐜Learning Adventures! 🦖 First grade is buzzing as our young paleontologists explore the world of dinosaurs! In second grade, our students are teaming up with some tiny but mighty friends – the ants! Our scientists are discovering a new perspective on life in the small world.

Celebrates Custodian's American Citizenship with Surprise Parade   In a heartwarming display of community and patriotism, we honored our beloved custodian, Janeleen Barrera-Zavalenta as she achieved American citizenship. The entire school came together for a surprise parade!

Chick update: Our classes and staff have enjoyed seeing the progress of these chicks. Started with 24 eggs—6 eggs looked like they either never developed or started and didn’t finish. 16 hatched with one causality. 15 healthy chicks and 8 eggs that were not fertile. 🐥🐥

Highlighting Mr. LeGrande! He is one of our amazing kindergarten teachers as well as a mentor to many of our students! He is always willing to lend a hand and help anyone in need at any time! Thank you, Mr. LeGrande for all you do to serve our students, families, and community!

Let's highlight our fabulous Florence Elementary School school psychologist, Mrs. Reilly!  She is so compassionate and caring with our students and goes above and beyond in documenting her reports and getting all the information needed for evaluations!  She is a true gem!

New Date— June 1 to help beautify our campus! Focus- the outdoor classroom, the courtyard, and the sign area! We will have some clean up supplies and waters, but please bring any extra items like gloves, trash bags, yard tools, flowers for planting. Bring a snack to share.
