I’ve heard that many practices treat their call differently than most of us are used to in residency. On call person is available for acute emergencies, but otherwise triaged cases for their Trauma Fellowship trained partner(s) the next day. Thoughts?

I feel like if you are a home health care agency who has accepted incisional wound vac care….you should be able to patch a wound vac and/or remove/replace. “We don’t have any supplies” seems like a very poor excuse
