Solution: This is a postprocedural 3DTEE in a patient with LVAD (apical cannula, shown by the red arrows). As blood flow is redirected, the AV doesn’t open with every heart beat. PAC is the standard technique for CO-monitoring in patients with isolated LVAD #echofirst 🎃
