This morning I completed my minimum 2 mile run for the 365th consecutive day. And I will achieve at least 10,000 steps for the 365th day in a row. 7 months after losing 50 pounds over the previous 5, I'm the same weight I was when I announced that mission accomplished. Onward...

Well, I did it. I just made it to "Day 500"! I've run at least 2 miles and achieved 10,000 total steps each day for 500 consecutive days.

Day 562 and it's my birthday! Another goal met by running every day of my 54th cycle around the sun. I'm feeling a little like Sammy Hagar today...I can't drive FIFTY-FIVE!!! (Yaaa, I don't know what that means either.) But I am trying to figure out my next running goal now.

731 days ago I went out for a 2 mile morning run and that was the last day I have not run at least 2 miles. Today is my 2 year anniversary of running a minimum of 2 miles every day. I've had a 15.3 mile average per week, meaning I've run 1,591 miles in 2 years. What?! 😱
