I’m thrilled to share a thread about our latest manuscript disclosing SR-0814, a potent inhibitor of ENL/AF9 YEATS domains, and SR-1114, a selective ENL PROTAC. We used these tools to provide the first pharmacological validation of ENL YEATS as a leukemia target. 1/19
