The S&P 500 bull is exhausted. Momentum has been fading fast, suggesting a rocky period is coming in 2Q.

Lot of ppl assuming Grayscale (or someone) will sue SEC after they reject the Ether spot ETFs. I would question this as Ether futures only ETFs have 4% of the assets that bitcoin futures have. That's a lot of time and money for something that may only get a fraction of the aum

This new S&P 'index' rebalances up to 13 times a day (most rebal 4x/year). At some point isn't it just easier to be active? h/t Athanasios Psarofagis

Nice look at where all the trading is happening for the spot bitcoin ETFs.. off exchange is huge.

Checking in on $SPY volume (aka The Peoples' Fear Gauge) and it's pretty meh, $14b through 11am, prob headed for $35b which is just barely over average. Over $60-70b = freak out/time to worry. Moderate volume in tune w price down less than 1%. *yawn* for now.
