Riverfly monitoring resumed this month after a winter break to allow for fish spawning.

Education and Environment Officer Dr Liz Mattison was out on the River Pang this week and was pleased to find caseless caddisfly, cased caddisfly, mayflies and flat-bodied stone clingers.

#SocialPrescribingDay raises awareness of the positive impact connecting people with activities in their community has on their wellbeing. The Estate works with social prescribers in local GP practices to identify outdoor activities that'll help those with social needs.
