This is a great thread about how we are taught extremely overly simplified genetics in school. It’s fine to teach a simpler model for teens to understand, but with genetics, schools tend to miss the mark and spread wrong information.

Last time collecting brain samples from Aarhus University Hospital. Having the opportunity to work with human brain tissue has been an amazing experience. And the surgeons and nurses and have great to work with. 🧠👩‍🔬

At the #BRIDGEBootCamp21 we painted our research. It was a great way kick-off this fellowship with @UCPH_BRIDGE, to look at your research from a new perspective and get to know your mentor. It also made it clear that a career in art is not in my future 😅
