"I wasn't bluffing when I said I want to build a $100-billion company here in Vancouver." – Tamer Mohamed of Aspect Biosystems. Good discussion on the importance of growing more anchor companies in a space we're already dominating. Greater Vancouver Board of Trade, Life Sciences BC.
Congratulations again to team Aspect Biosystems. $72.75M from the Governments of Canada and BC to support their bioprinted tissue therapeutics work. Aspect is transforming how we treat disease. This is saddening... Vancouver is well-positioned to have reliable, safe, affordable and clean energy in new builds. Now is not the time to be *rolling back* emissions-reductions measures. Kudos to Lisa Dominato, City Councillor and Peter Meiszner for recognizing this.
Happy to be representing Framepoint Public Affairs at #UBCM2024 this week. Always such a treat to see so many familiar faces!
Hard to believe we're already celebrating one year of Framepoint Public Affairs. To many more, with my talented business partners Jeffrey Ferrier, Brittney Kerr and Mark Reder, and our terrific clients. I'm fortunate to work with such awesome people every day.
So excited to welcome Allie Blades to the Framepoint team. Allie is the real deal!

"We had advocated for the provincial government to increase the provincial nominee program, so to see it cut like this, I think, is going to have a negative impact on the workforce that's available to care for our seniors," says BCCPA CEO Terry Lake. cbc.ca/news/canada/br…
