Today we join with Food Standards Scotland to host the Global Conference for Food Safety Regulation and Sustainability. In the spirit of #COP26, we’re bringing together people from across the food system to discuss how we respond to the challenges we face.

Could not be more proud of everyone in Defra UK who has worked so hard to make this possible, with all the many stakeholders along the way. It is just the start, but is a historic milestone.
