Welcome to my world. My accuser lied and lied and lied and even said ‘I lie, that’s what I do’. When her lies were exposed they were either ignored or the ‘evidence’ was rejigged around them.

False Allegator My partner's accuser lied under oath in court and both Barristers knew - yet nothing was done. And now an innocent man is in prison awaiting sentencing for a crime he did not commit.

Probation services contact prior to sentencing so frustrating - had incorrect details about conviction, no idea appeal had already been heard and CCRC to be contacted. Absolute refusal to consider miscarriages of justice happen and are not rare.
