"I think it will make all the difference." Georgia Harrison spoke to Minister for Violence Against Women Jess Phillips about her experience of intimate image abuse, and how strengthening the law will mean social media companies will have to do to more to tackle it.

What an astoundingly courageous woman Gisèle Pelicot is. We owe it to her to discuss and analyse this case. ‘One hundred per cent of these people... never made a phone call to stop this abuse,” says Céline Piques. “Not one man thought about informing the police.”’

A gardening request. Does anyone know of a good gardener in #NorthOxfordshire or thereabouts who understands rewilding etc. I need a hand with my garden without having to say "don't chop that back" all the time. Beatrice Groves Jack Wallington 🙏🌱🙏🌱

Some clothes for Starmer’s wife added late, but voluntarily, to the Register of Member's Interests. Scandal. Tory government policy manipulated for the financial benefit of Sunak’s super-rich wife. Silence. Conservatives Tory hypocrites.

Into ‘we’re all doomed’ No Trevor that was under the Tories after 14 years which is why they were voted out. Media can’t cope with Labour in power. #TrevorPhillips #bbclaurak

10 weeks in government. Dealing with 14 years of Tory shite. Yes there are missteps. Inevitable. Which can and will be corrected. WAIT FOR THE BUDGET then take a view. Please bear in mind this is a 5 year plan within a 10 year strategy. Not a Tory quick fix - which never was.

I'll take no lectures from the Tories, who left behind a system that is 'lose, lose, lose' in their own words. After 14 years of failure, I suggest that whilst Labour fixes the foundations, a period of silence on their part would be welcome.
