Been off the radar recently. Started a new job and eczema hasn’t been playing up as much (🤞). I have been sticking to no nuts or soy and though I’m still getting small bouts of flares (generally elbows) things are well. On the search for a new home too. Exciting times 🤗

So coconut oil and almond oil have become sensitivities after drinking them so often. Trying to avoid nut products as a result in my skincare too! Any recommendations for skin products which are nut free?

The freak weather we’ve been having recently has caused my skin to flare on/ off. I can tell when it’s pollen season because my neck begins...the joys. #eczema

Pollen season is here and it brings up my eczema. Fun fun fun when your allergies are airborne...what do you use to combat pollen allergy? #eczema #hayfever

Pollen allergy is one I’ve found challenging more than any other in the past couple years and currently finding no real relief for the eczema. It becomes red, inflamed, anti histamines don’t work and gosh am I tired. This + standard expectations of life =😓. Any tips?

I see again and again this idea that if we stopped scratching we’d have clear skin or allergies would be less problematic. I had NO eczema from 6- 16 and did not scratch to make it reappear! Eczema is not CAUSED by scratching, rather by triggers which then might lead to itch!

I imagine none of the professionals suffer from eczema?! Eczema is far more than skin deep, it impacts on sleep, relationships, day to day life and QoL in huge ways, repeating cycles with no cure and medications becoming less effective over use can be traumatic .

#eczema friends, annoying flare around my ears, mouth and jaw line, dry, red, flakey. Anyone have anything similar and have any tips? Sun usually helps but my current holiday hasn’t budged it (usually clears me right up!)Aproderm emollient is definitely aggravating it not helping

Got an awful skin infection last week, finally clearing but walking around with a scabbed face felt difficult. Used to the eczema now I guess but having scabs on my face felt like a new self conscious.
