[Khamûl stared at the animal for a moment before crouching to look at it closer. He had never seen a cat like that around there.]

[Khamûl didn't look at the paw at first. Animals often came to him but there was something off about this one.] Are you hurt? [He asked after finally taking on the pattern.]

That looks like hunger, [concluded the man out loud.] But I am not carrying anything a cat might eat.

[Khamûl was slightly startled, but then sighed as if this was not the first time that happened.] I cannot take you with me, I have already been adopted and she's eats things like you.

[At the odd feeling of the tongue he froze and, slowly, turned his head and looked at it.]

[It was fortunate that Khamûl was not holding anything in his hands, for it might have fallen.] NAWDAR?!
