Josh has written a nice article for The Conversation about newly published results from the #Chandrayaan3 mission, which support the theory that a magma ocean of molten rocks once covered the surface of the Moon 🌝

We've had a number of new staff and students join us over the past few months, so we want to introduce some of them to the world. First up, Tom Barrett, a new Post Doc in the group, who is melting space rocks and looking inside them with CT scans.

This week we'd like to introduce PhD student Chloe Kadir, who has joined us from UoM Physics & Astronomy just around the corner. Chloe is working on models for the flights of meteors, to make better predictions about if and where meteorites might land when fireballs are seen ☄️
