In #EYFS we are always watching out for children to show their understanding and the learning that they have acquired. Today at tidy up time one young man stacked the chairs, each pile increased by one.This learning can only take place when adults stand back and do not interrupt

My #eyfs assistant librarian (aged 5) asked to talk with the class this afternoon. She told them how unhappy it made her that people were putting books back the wrong way (spine in) because "people can't see all of our lovely books 📚” Tidy bookshelf followed! One happy teacher

Fabulous first day back and a super start to the summer term! #EYFS We are talking and learning about oral health and how to look after teeth.

Rain doesn’t stop play in #EYFS to enhance play all we do is add some washing up liquid & brushes. Bubbles galore! Not only is this tremendous fun but it develops the children’s core strength which in turn supports their fine motor development. Always learning, always growing!
