From January 7–20, 2025, ETTC organized a specialized Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Training Course for employees of EJCC. Led by the highly skilled Mr. Fraidoon Zada, GIS & Mapping Expert, the training focused on building participants' capabilities in ArcGIS.

Excited to connect with the Migration Resource Center (MRC) in Slemani! On Jan 23, 2025, our ETTC Slemani team visited to discuss migration support, protecting migrants, & reintegration. Together, we're building stronger communities through collaboration & awareness.

Today, on 23rd January 2025, a delegation team from Sweden visited the ETTC Erbil. We had a productive meeting where we shared valuable information regarding the current reintegration program as well as insights into the country’s situation.

22-23 Jan, ETTC hosted a training on "Modern Administration Skills for Governmental Entities" for Iraq's MoMD & Higher Education Ministry. Led by Dr. Mohammed Atiya, We extend our gratitude to Mr. Ismail Khalil Dahash for his collaboration.

On 06 Feb, ETTC met H.E. Mohammed Bahr Al-Ulum, Iraq’s Deputy FM, in Baghdad. Discussed reintegration programs & support for returnees from Europe. 🔹 Shared ETTC’s work & services across Iraq. 🔹 H.E. proposed collaboration and joint efforts for supporting returnees.

Feb 16-20, 2025, ETTC successfully hosted an Engineering Project Management training by Dr. Kafrean, the course covered key topics like risk management. The closing ceremony was honored by the presence of Erbil Governor Omed Khoshnaw, Deputy Gov. & other distinguished guests

23 Feb 2025 ETTC and Ministry of Migration and Displaced/ Iraq (MoMD) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to support the government's efforts in assisting Iraqi returnees and implementing the Reintegration Program.

ETTC successfully held a workshop on “Writing Effective Daily Briefing Reports, Communication, and Coordination” for KRG employees. Led by Canadian expert Ms. Shauna Sexsmith & assisted by Ms. Sana Rzgar Ahmed, participants gained key skills for clear & efficient reporting.

We proudly celebrated ETTC’s 16th anniversary at our Erbil office — a milestone made possible by the dedication and passion of our incredible team. Board of Directors, along with staff from our Baghdad, Duhok, Slemani, and Erbil offices .

We were honored to host a distinguished delegation from APPG (All-Party Parliamentary Group) in the UK Parliament at ETTC, along with several Members of the UK Parliament and esteemed governmental and non-governmental guests. This special occasion was a valuable opportunity.

From April 20–24, 2025, ETTC held a training on Energy Management for engineers from Erbil’s governorate and private sector, led by Dr. Nyaz Taher Azeez. The program covered auditing, DSM, strategic energy use & more, concluding with a ceremony attended by key officials. #ETTC

From May 27–29, 2025, ETTC held a 3-day training on Spokesperson Skills for directorates in Erbil & Soran, led by Senior Advisor Yad Amin. Topics included communication, body language, media management & more—ending with a closing ceremony joined by Government officials.

From May 25–29, 2025, ETTC hosted an advanced HVAC training for engineers from Erbil Governorate & the private sector, led by Dr. Ranj Sirwan Abdullah. The course closed with a ceremony attended by Erbil Governor Mr. Omed Khoshnaw & other distinguished guests.
