Never experienced the Tweetsie Trail or just want to get out and ride a bike? OA will be having bikes available for you and your friends to enjoy a wonderful day on the Tweetsie trail on Wednesday, April 14 from 1 PM - 6 PM.

Due to the rain and wet field conditions, the Oz-Mazing Doggy Yoga class that was to be held tonight, April 13 will be rescheduled for this Thursday, April 15. The class will still be held on the CPA Front Yard at 5 pm. ETSU ID is REQUIRED, registration is NOT.

Relax your body & mind w/ this group fitness offering befitting Stress Less Week. This class is designed for the participant that has little to no experience w/ yoga. Poses will be simple & explained fully. A variety of modifications will also be shown. No equipment required.
