Today, ESEA President Jan Giles presented the following comments at the CCSD leadership committee regarding school safety. We will be presenting similar comments to the CCSD Trustees tomorrow evening as well.

“A significant number of your support professionals have experienced some act of violence toward them and a majority do not feel safe…This is alarming. These numbers, as well as the individual responses, support what we hear about every single day.”
