Torture against civilians by Russian authorities in Ukraine has been widespread and systematic, according to the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine's latest report, released today.

The Commission found new evidence of Russian war crimes.

Davit Kezerashvili, a former UNM Defence Minister and the founder of Formula TV, was denied a visa to the US. RFE/RL reported on Tuesday that he was denied the visa on suspicion of involvement in money laundering.

Azerbaijani independent broadcaster Toplumtv was raided on March 6, and several members of its staff were arrested, said #RightLivelihood Laureate Khadija Ismayilova, the TV's chief editor.
