While The Labour Party voted against it, today I stood with British farmers facing wet weather and rising costs. I voted for swift Farming Recovery Fund payments, no cuts to the farming budget, and long-term protection for food production. Food security is national security.

Bus routes are the backbone of economic activity in communities across our country - if the Government is serious about growth then it would invest in services which will boost our struggling town centres and high streets. They must scrap their bus tax from this week's budget.
