The Colorado House of Representatives passed bills to re-legalize Transit Oriented Communities & ADUs today, both by big margins.

Congrats to the huge cross-ideological coalition in Colorado & on to the Senate!

New: House Bill 1313, the transit-oriented upzoning bill that would apply to Front Range cities, passes the House 37-24* (with four absences). It's off to the Senate.
