With this, BG Complex has a total of 58 rainwater harvesting facilities, including 4 reuse systems, 1 large-scale reservoir spread across 10 acres, & 53 aquifer recharge wells. These facilities have a capacity to harvest & recharge approx 400 million liters rainwater every year.

Thanks to BEL Management & GM Sanjay Agarwal for improving further on Rain water Harvesting which will have long term impact in underground recharge. These will reduce the Rain water going to ORR next to BEL Campus Ministry of Jal Shakti, DoWR, RD&GR, GoI Ministry of Defence, Government of India Narendra Modi Ministry of Defence
