Beaut shot😍WW2 bomber pilot Les Graham won the first 500cc/MotoGP title in 1949 with AJS, then moved to MV in '51 cos AJS wouldn't spend ££ on its bikes. He played a huge part in developing the MV into a competitive bike (first versions had shaft drive!). In '51 he didn't score

I'm not an F1 guy but I loved Senna. He was like MM: an almost spiritual dedication to the cause of winning. Senna died 30 years ago today. Today is also the ninth anniversary of the death of Geoff Duke, Britain's first 'MotoGP' champ. From Matt Bishop 🏳️‍🌈 🏁 motorsportmagazine.com/articles/singl…

This was the grandstand overlooking Monaco's famous hairpin in '67. That's Jim Clark in the Lotus 33B-Climax, as seen through the lens of Joe Honda. And that's a younger me, sitting with my Dad, identified by the arrow.

954 horsepower… smaller and more agile at just 605 kilos… Nearly 200 kilos lighter than a current F1 car 🤯🤯 I’ve said it before and will say it again : 2004 was the pinnacle of F1 performance! Privileged to experience it again…..

Michael Dunlop was well on his way to victory in the Superbike TT today before a visor change during the pit stop went wrong. In Pic1 the left clip, with a red HS logo, is open. In Pic2 it looks shut as he moves off but in Pic3 it is clearly hanging open as he leaves the pits.

As much as I'm enjoying the Isle of Man TT Races video camera at Barregarrow I think a still captures the awesome spectacle in more detail, but I'm obviously biased! #stevemcdonaldphotography

Truly amazing! Michael Dunlop takes his 27th TT win to overtake uncle Joey & become the most successful of all time. Remarkable in itself but when you consider the trauma he’s been through: total dedication & love for what he does ✊✊✊💪💪💪💪😎😎😎

In 1991, the 26B-powered Mazda became the first Japanese car and the first car with anything other than a reciprocating piston engine to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans outright. It was also the best sounding. TURN IT UP 🔊🔊

After going to Super Touring Power last year I decided to treat myself to the complete season review boxset from Duke Video. Today I was over the moon to meet John Cleland and Laurent Aïello and have them sign their respective championship winning season DVD covers! #BTCC
