Last two weeks I had a great work session in Uzbekistan and Tajikistan with Saltanat Alisher. Unfortunately because of the coronavirus I had to cancel my trip earlier. I'm highly sad to leave lovely and wonderful Central Asia, hope soon I will be here again and to see my best friends

This year I leaded a field in Russian #Altay at the Ust-Biike-1 site. At the site are #Neolithic and #Mesolithic layers. We found here a rich lithic and faunal collection, personal ornaments and early ceramic. Saltanat Alisher Taylor Hermes Siberian Archaeology


In July #paleocentralasia team provided an excavations in Biika cave (Russian Altay), that dates from 35 kaBP and also contains reach Holocene layers. Siberian Archaeology
