Among 127 patients with decompensated cirrhosis and their caregivers, over 1 in 4 dyads reported clinically significant depression symptoms and over 1 in 6 reported clinically significant anxiety symptoms. Over 50% of cirrhosis caregivers reported clinically significant anxiety.
