Did a couple of C-section yesterday. A very senior obgyn friend was assisting. Both c-sections were previous sections. The first baby’s head was delivered solely by silicon vacuum cup. There was no other way because of extensive fibrosis in parietes [or β€œparietal peritoneum”],
