More distraction: new #preprint we posted a little while ago biorxiv.org/content/10.110β¦ looks at somatic copy number #evolution in #colorectal #cancer . Suggests a #CNA bottleneck adenoma->cancer, & thereafter CNAs experience #stabilising #selection , remarkably even in mets & chemo.
