Thats a good idea by NDTP to diagnose why fully trained doctors preferred working abroad. The same should be studied about Irish Graduates & Junior Doctors to try retain them at young age.

Feeling sorry for these families.
Also for those who are trying to fix Healthcare issues & reduce waiting list by implementing the recruitment freeze !

Recruitment embargo is being implemented in a random manner which is giving rise to inequity in its effect

It is open-ended and done without consultation

It sends a poor signal to affected professions & will damage retention

Ultimately the patient pays the price
