A particularly important exchange for me also took place with a secondary school class from 🇱🇮. In the meeting room of the Committee of Ministers, where the foreign ministers and ambassadors normally decide on Council of Europe business, the pupils were given an insight into the organization.
I also used my stay in #Strasbourg for Bilaterals. Among others with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe Marija Pejčinović Burić and Theodoros Rousopoulos.
In my capacity as Chair of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, I had an exchange with PACE, the advisory body of the #coe . Cooperation between PACE and the Presidency is crucial to ensure common principles of the Council of Europe and the effectiveness of its policies. 🙏 for the exchange
The #CTHB24 focused on the prevention of #HumanTrafficking . #Liechtenstein pays special attention to applying the follow-the-money approach.
This approach is of utmost urgency, given the growing amount of illegal profits that are generated each year.
I am still shocked and deeply saddened about the tragic death of a true global leader and a dear friend🇱🇮! Gretta Fenner has been such an inspiration and I thank her for all her engagement and our common projects Basel Institute on Governance! My thoughts and prayers are with her loved ones❣️
Today and yesterday we welcomed Marija Pejčinović Burić and all representatives of the ministers of the 45 Council of Europe members in 🇱🇮. As Chair we invited them to held their weekly meeting of the Committee of Ministers for once in our country. Thank you so much for being here!🇪🇺🇱🇮

It was my honour to attend the inauguration of the Register of Damage for Ukraine Satellite Office in Kyiv 🇺🇦 in my capacity as President of the @CoE Committee of Ministers. The Register constitutes a critical first step towards ensuring accountability for the Russian aggression against #Ukraine .
