#tipfortoday for #wellnesswednesday. Bumblebee breathing can be a fun breathing exercise to teach younger kids! You can do this with a lot of animals like snakes, bear, etc. This is a great coping skill that adds in extra sensory with the humming #coping Fairfax Schools 🌟
