Huge congratulations to Pamela Ballantine, who was presented with her MBE by HRH The Princess Royal earlier today at Buckingham Palace.

Pamela has been a great supporter of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and has presented Gold Awards at Hillsborough Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse.

Last night, we welcomed 4 new Leaders from stcatherinesarmagh & Scouts NI for part one of their DofE Expedition Skills training course.

Everyone is excited to get out into the Mournes for the practical training at the end of April.

The course is led by Steve Hodge Mountaineering

During President of Ireland State Visit to the UK, A group of DofE/JAI Leaders were honoured to attend a Northern Ireland Reception at Windsor Castle, where they had the opportunity to be presented to Her Majesty, His Royal Highness, The President& Mrs Higgins.
