Today, President Joe Biden awarded the Medal of Valor to Deputy Bobby Hau Pham of the Clermont County, Ohio Sheriff's Office. Deputy Pham risked his life to save the life of another and is the recipient of the nation's highest honor for bravery by a public service officer.
