.U.S. Army ERDC DSRC will dedicate its new supercomputer, Carpenter, Dec. 12. Named in recognition of Medal of Honor recipient and MS native Cpl. Kyle Carpenter (USMC Ret.), the system has 9 pFLOPS of compute capability and is expected to enter service in 2024. vicksburgpost.com/2023/12/01/erd…

HPCMP-supported work appeared in the Jan. 3 issue of nature! The research, led by Duke University and funded by Office of Naval Research (ONR), studied high-entropy ceramics.
