It's official! Inflexion Games is now part of the Tencent community of studios and developers. I am so excited to keep working on Nightingale to make it the best game it can be.

I'm begging everyone who works in GAMES to start calling yourself a DEVELOPER. We are all one medium. Everyone's important, we're not all the same, and that is vital.

so, on the games industry drama cycle we’ve just had: ☑️ award season drama ☑️ who can be called a game dev which are we looping back round to for the millionth time next? my bets are on either: 🔘 are “walking sims” games 🔘 QA being called entry level

If you believe <discipline X> is not a #gamedev, then you don't know how gamedev works. Even with a solo person game, they will still ultimately have to wear all those discipline hats at some point, if they want to make a commercial game.
