This week's #UABCyto case by Radhika Patel: 77yo F prior smoker w/ bilateral preauricular parotid masses that had enlarged over a couple of weeks. FNA smears show many oncocytes and lymphocytes, and cellblock shows bilayered oncocytic epithelial cells surrounding lymphoid stroma.
