After spending about a year of interviewing for multiple levels post ai boom, my best advice to anyone interviewing is please brush up on your technical and communication skills. We can tell when you’re cheating.

Working for a medical device company is so interesting and has pushed me to learn how to deepen my skillet in ways I never expected.

As a leader your refinements shouldn’t just focus on pointing tickets. Yes that’s a big goal if the meeting, but sometimes the only goal should be getting alignment on key initiatives.

I just learned one of the major tech conferences doesn’t cover speaker travel or accommodations and while I shouldn’t be surprised, I am. Many companies also aren’t covering conferences for employees anymore so I’m guessing speakers are coming out of pocket to speak 🥴

I want to add startup life is one way to do this if you’re not at a big name company that gives out stock. It’s more risky because equity in a startup before it goes public feels like imaginary money, but if you find the right company the payoff can be worth it.

Celebrating the fact that I’ve accomplished so much in my personal and professional life before the age of 35 There’s so much more I want and will do, but I’m so excited to take a small break for the 1st time I’ve been going nonstop since I was 15. Now I get to slow down ♥️
