If your daughter wants to play college ball but thinks her HS/Club coaches are too hard on her, she probably doesn’t need to continue to strive to play at the collegiate level. The sense of urgency and intensity is quite different!. Being coached hard isn’t for everyone.

For young people it’s so important to work into being ELITE at something, for the blessed—it can be multiple things, for others it’s intangibles. I never passed the eye test or the rankings test- it’s character, building an elite skill and mentality that actually is real.
