3️⃣ STEP WORK The main focus is to build speed and carry momentum into and out of the hurdle. By staying active with our arms and actively pushing off of the trail leg in our run-off, we are able to carry speed effectively through our race. Oh yeah, we out here shuffling 😉💨

At this point in the year…the foundation of the base is solid and we start to focus on the small detail work that ties everything together. Although our athletes are already looking strong, there is a lot of work still left ahead of us. Stay tuned!

Area meet was a success. Took🥈 in the 300mh with a new season best (39.78) and 🥉 in the 4x400 relay. Next stop ➡️ regionals.
