Richard Harry MUSGROVE appeared at court on 27th October 2023 charged with Killing a non-schedule 1 wild bird and has been sentenced to 12 weeks imprisonment. The investigation came about after a CCTV footage that showed MUSGROVE killing the bird was circulated on social media.
