I know it's hard not to worry and fret ... but we don’t have to figure our present circumstances out. We don’t have to know all the whys and what-ifs. All we have to do is trust. In quiet humility and without a personal agenda, let's make the decision to let God sort it all out.

Every teacher deserves a principal who will inspire them… encourage them… support them… and trust them. I aspire to do that for our teachers. Sometimes, I fail... but I’ll keep at it.

Most people don’t recall favorite lessons; they recall favorite teachers. The energy and enthusiasm of teachers is what brings lessons to life. Their passion is what is memorable. It is what motivates students to care about their lessons. Yep... teachers make all the difference.

We don’t define our success by our salary, our last promotion, or the zip code of our school. Our success is found in the difference we make for our students and for our colleagues. It is hard to measure, and it’s hard to quantify... but it is what gives our work true meaning.

You never know what anyone is going through so if you think of something nice about a person, say it. Don't ever let an opportunity pass to make someone's day.
