Our Smallholding the Bunker has just been broken into, items stolen and trashed. These people knew what they were doing and had serious cutting equipment. They also appear to have an appreciation for scrap metal!! Does anyone know of any other incidents in the area. Please RT.

The saddest part of closing Deesons is that we now have about 20seriously talented caterers who are unemployed. If you have any vacancies please tweet me or email me at [email protected]. We have an incredible Head Chef, 2 Sous Chefs, unbelievable FOH Manager and full team. RT

1 of 2 We would like to thank all of you for your over whelming warm wishes. There have also been a lot of comments that The Dean & Chapter have run us out of town which isn’t true. The greatest cost to a restaurant like Deesons is the labour. Our style of food requires

experience and rightly so this costs money. On a typical week it could cost anything from 7-8K in labour costs and in the current climate this simply isn’t sustainable. However with Pork & Co we hope to have a future as it’s basically cheaper to run. Thanks for all your support.
