iMac63 @RaineyQC In essence the funding solution put forward by Govt will only be available to qualifying leaseholders. One of the qualifiers is that the leaseholder had to be on the lease on or before 14 Feb 2022. Implication being anyone buying a flat should think v carefully.

The role of institutions such as RICS FIA @luhc and others in the ongoing abuse of the #EWS1 process has never been fully examined. We hope one day a detailed investigation will be commissioned and lessons will be learnt.
